At Clique, we love taking time to reflect at the end of each year. Specifically, we assess how well we’ve supported our vision to make a positive impact on our partners and communities through the power of creativity (and to lead fulfilling lives while we do it).
And even though we celebrate milestones during our weekly kickstarts and our monthly “First Fridays,” the end of the year is an important time for celebration. Specifically, we acknowledge what we accomplished and pay tribute to the people who helped.
So without further ado, here’s what 2021 looked like at Clique…
We welcomed 9 new people to the team!
We launched over 35 new digital experiences.
We held a #24ForHungerRelief fundraiser for Feeding America. In under 24 hours, we raised enough for 35,000 meals.
We embraced a remote-first work culture with representation in over 9 cities.
And hosted our annual State of the Clique.
We updated our brand to better reflect our mission to be the most creative, collaborative, and thoughtful team in the digital transformation space.
We helped organizations grow, mount comeback stories, and plot ambitious futures…
We formed new long-term, meaningful partnerships…
We also challenged ourselves to learn new things through our Creative Monthly Challenges…
And lightning talks.
We shared inspiration for marketers and makers through our weekly newsletter – Open Tabs.
We reopened our Chicago office to offer the option to work in person when desired.
We celebrated engagements, marriages, babies, and big milestones…
And had a record year for our business.
If you only listened to the voices online, you might think that 2021 has been nothing more than a year-long continuation of 2020. But we don’t think that’s fair! 2021 has been a one-of-a-kind year and deserves just as much reflection and recognition as any other.
As we reflect on our favorite memories from the year, we also want to express gratitude to everyone who played a role (including you, dear reader!). Thank you for your support in 2021 and for making our work worthwhile.
