It was our way of saying that what we make matters above all else. If we hire great people and create an environment that allows them to do the most gratifying work of their lives, everything else will come: growth, revenue, profit.

At Clique, we take a proactive approach to foster a workplace that is inclusive, not only in word, but in action. All of our work is a reflection of that commitment, from the clients we work with, to the people we hire, and promote.
A couple of our own definitions:
Diversity is the range of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, socioeconomic status, mental or physical ability, physical attributes, religion, and national origin.
Inclusion is about justice, involvement, and empowerment. When we practice inclusion, the inherent worth and dignity of all people are recognized. We recognize that none of us are experts in the experience of one another and commit to doing the work of supporting and promoting the voices of people with marginalized and underrepresented identities, and making sure their perspectives are represented in our work. We know that differences = strengths.
We believe we must all strive toward inclusion as part of our commitment to helping address systemic injustice and improving the communities we belong to. Constantly working towards being a more inclusive place to work makes us a stronger, smarter, and happier team.
