Ted Novak

Ted Novak is a co-founder of Clique, an award winning digital design and development agency based in Chicago. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, Ted helps organizations innovate and amplify their authenticity. Ted has a passion for making an impact in the lives of others and bringing excitement to the way people communicate, and creativity to how they approach business opportunities.

Prior to Clique Studios, Ted held a senior management position at West Monroe Partners where he focused on healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise business applications. Prior to that he spent 6 years in capital markets working across offices in Chicago, London, and Mexico City to streamline operations through technology and interface design for ABN AMRO, including the design and delivery of a payment platform that still processes over $1 billion in international securities payments annually.

In addition to Clique, Ted is the host of the Ted Listens Podcast, a podcast that focuses on the "stories behind the businesses of Chicago" featuring interviews with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and cultural figures making an impact in the Chicago area. According to Spotify, the podcast was 84% more popular, and received 91% more shares than any other podcast launched during it's inaugural year.
