He has partnered with over 100 clients to transform their websites from static assets into high-performance engines using a mix of CRO, UX strategy, and deep analytics. Sean holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and argues that the biggest mistake organizations make is allowing their digital experience to reflect how they see themselves, rather than how their users actually search, think, and buy.
Sean leads the Growth team at Clique, owning the long-term success of a website after the "Launch" button is pressed. He acts as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring their digital platforms aren't just modern and functional, but are actively moving the needle on revenue and user engagement. By bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business objectives, Sean helps clients navigate the "post-launch" world-turning raw data into actionable roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Sean’s 11-year tenure at Clique Studios has spanned the entire lifecycle of the modern web. He began his career on the execution side as a Project Manager, where he gained "boots on the ground" experience managing the design and development of dozens of high-stakes website launches. That foundation in how sites are built naturally evolved into a focus on how sites perform, leading him to his current role as Growth Director. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management Information Systems (MIS) and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship-a combination that allows him to speak fluently to both developers and C-suite stakeholders.

Sean is based in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. When he isn't helping clients grow their businesses, he’s usually exploring the mountains with his friends and family. An avid adventurer, Sean spends his winters skiing at his favorite local mountains and his summers taking advantage of everything the Colorado wilderness has to offer.
